30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our success! We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. All products carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse in Addison, TX.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) is required for ALL returns and must be obtained from our customer service staff at (800) 877-4797.
Merchandise returned must be in new, un-damaged condition. The customer will be reimbursed (only) the cost of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges (from and to) Zarcor are the responsibility of the customer.
All products manufactured by, or sold by Zarcor are warranted to be free of defective materials and workmanship for a 1 year period from date of shipping. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced.
Zarcor respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers. Zarcor will never sell, share, or give your private information to another entity.

Price Match Guarantee
- When placing an order with Zarcor, we will match all competitors' prices on identical items. Customer must provide the original competitor ad, (printed or on line) with valid dates at the time of purchase.
- If a customer purchases an item from Zarcor, then finds that Zarcor has placed the item on sale, we will price match the difference for a 30 day period.
- Zarcor will not price match items sold at boat shows.
